Faith United offers a variety of spiritual experiences to nurture the soul. Two of these experiences occur on Thursday evenings. Both are opportunities to reflect and meditate in a quiet setting and to open yourself up to a different style of workshop than we offer on Sunday mornings.
These opportunities are offered twice a month on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm.
- 2nd Thursday ~ Contemplative Prayer
- 4th Thursday ~ Taize
Lifewater Canada - a Faith United Project
Great News! As of Sunday December 19th we have achieved and surpassed our fundraising goal for the Lifewater well drilling in Africa! We have raised roughly $3,500 to date. (our initial goal was $3,000) Congratulations!!!!
Our Advent Conspiracy has been a resounding success. We have shared a wonderful focus on the meaning of God's Christmas Presence, and we've generously given the gift of life. Thank you for your support of this project. This Christmas has indeed been different! This Christmas has indeed been blessed!
Even though we have surpassed our initial goal we will still gladly accept further donations. There are further levels of support we could offer if we have the funds. Thanks again for your amazing generosity and enthusiasm for this project!
It’s EASY to Donate to our Well Drilling Project:
1. Use your offering envelope or a separate cheque payable to Faith United.
2. Write “Lifewater” or “Well” on your cheque – or use the tear-off on the back of this announcements insert.
3. Take as many “Thank You” cards as you need to give to people who you made a donation on behalf of.
